Carrie's passion for acting goes all the way back to her setting up shots with her stuffed animals in her bedroom. When she came out to Hollywood in 2000 the doors weren't even cracked for curvy women so she dove head first into producing. With the MeToo and Inclusion movement (i.e. all shapes, sizes and ages are now welcome!), Carrie jumped back into acting and has been successful at booking commercials, musicals and various parts in films. Grateful for the producing background, she can now see the disconnect between producers and actors and she would like to change that. Bridge the communication gap between the two professions. We all could do better. So Carrie would like to come to the convention hall floor and propose some easily adoptable proposals which helps actors and producers with wage transparency via the guild.
