Our employers will never stop seeking new ways to exploit our labor. We need leaders who are vigilant; middle class working actors who fight like their survival in the industry depends on it. Sensing timidness heading into these negotiations, I organized a grassroots movement alongside fellow members that successfully pressured the National Board to call for the Strike Authorization Vote.
